Feel the energy

Take a moment today to feel your energy. Be with yourself wherever you are: in the metro, stuck in traffic, watching tv. Notice your breath. Notice how every inhale brings your calm, positive energy and unconditional love. When you exhale, feel how you release tension, stress and other negative energy that wants to be released. Let it go from your body with love. Feel your body.

Focus you attention on one body part and hold it there until you feel something tingling on your skin. That’s you – that’s your energy. If you can’t feel it, rub your hands together for a minute and notice the energetic sensation on your palms. Feel it all, feel how great it is to be alive.

Your body loves when you’re giving it your full attention. It will thank you for it.
