Focus on your end goals

In today’s world we tend to confuse ‘means goals’ with ‘end goals’. ‘End goals’ are what we really want, our dreams that we simply cannot compromise with. They make up for how our ideal life should be like and are giving us a sense of direction. They are about you, your deepest desires and how you want to live your life. ‘Mean goals’ on the other hand are the ways to get there. Often we focus too much on the later, which can lead us in the wrong direction. Maybe we get that job that we didn’t really want just to be able to do what we really want, like travel or move to that tropical island, later on. Think about what you really want, and then be flexible in terms of how you get there. If one way doesn’t work out, choose another one. By focusing your attention on what you actually want, and not the way to get there, you’ll become unstoppable.

I know where I’m heading and what I want, but I don’t know how it will happen. This is where trust comes in. In any case, I wouldn’t want to ruin the story now would I? ๐Ÿ™‚
