Let it go

Life is a fine balance between holding on and letting go. Letting go of something is difficult, because we also let the unknown in and the unknown is always scary. When you do let go of something that doesn’t serve you anymore, you free yourself and open up for new possibilities. If you have a hard time knowing what decision is right, remember to always follow love instead of fear and you’ll make the right choice.

Habits you don’t like – let them go.

Relationships that doesn’t serve you any more – let them go.

Depending on others to be happy – let that go.

Anger, bitterness, resentment, hatred, guilt and other negative feelings – let them go.

The need to control – let it go.

Your past – let it go.

Everything negative you say to yourself – let it go.

A job that doesn’t fulfill you anymore – let it go.

People that don’t appreciate you for who you are – let them go.

A negative body image – let it go.

The illusion of a perfect life – let it go.

Excuses to not pursue your happiness – let them go.

You ex – let him/her go.

Judging yourself and others – let it go.

Expectations – let them go.

Anything else that doesn’t make you happy – let it go.

Make room for the new, because it’s true what they say, when one door closes another one opens.
